DAP Ocean Framework Functionalities

The DAP Ocean Framework was designed and structured into four main thematic areas that integrate to provide a state-of-the-art product capable of satisfying high-level and most demanding customers in the MDA market.

Satellite Data Acquisition+–

Optical and SAR-type satellite images can be automatically ingested from the satellite data providers as well as AIS, RF, meteorological, and metocean data at any region of the globe. The user has the ability to view and manage acquired images, as well as plan future acquisitions, access acquisition planning and also request separate acquisition of images and other data.

Data Analytics+–

Simply select and click on any satellite image acquired to perform comprehensive analytics. All satellite data acquired (optical and SAR-type images, AIS, RF, meteorological, and oceanographic data) is integrated and correlated by means of state-of-the-art artificial intelligence tools and statistical models to produce the outputs that are displayed by dashboards to visualization of results. A wide range of information about the AOI and/or selected targets can be visualized to promptly take the due actions to neutralize events and anomalies detected. Through our database, analyzes can be done along the timeline to present situational reports on demand any time.

Mission Planning+–

The customer is offered a unique module on the market for mission planning. The user can plan and execute their own missions whenever necessary, redirecting the constellation of low-orbit satellites to any location on the globe through our API. It is possible to define different AOI and/or targets independently, choose from the type of satellite image to its resolution to carry out monitoring and tracking actions in complete privacy.

Anomaly Detection & Alert Issuance+–

Once the AOI and/or the selected targets analyzes have been carried out, a notification mechanism within our geoportal interface that identifies events and anomalies producing early warning and alerts. Such alerts are displayed through dashboards in real-time and can be sent according to customer demand via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), e-mail, SMS, Intranet or messaging applications.
